
WEEK 2/ THE GREENS + STRENGTH
When your parents told you to eat your veggies as a kid, apparently they weren’t kidding around. Why? Because greens are rich in antioxidants and more that are great for total health.

DAY 1: Start the week of right!
Routine is the name of the game. This week, let’s continue cementing good habits. Pick one improvement that you made last week, and practice it every day this week!

DAY 2: Time to get moving!
Regular exercise is a powerful tool for boosting physical and mental health. Let’s make sure you’re exercising safely! Just like a balanced diet is key to proper nutrition, a balanced exercise regimen is key to building healthy fitness. Take a moment to learn about the 5 elements of healthy fitness here.
Time to get active! Try out one of these 15 minute workouts that you can do at home from the Mayo Clinic.

DAY 3: Building Motivation
The hardest part of sticking to an exercise regimen (or any routine) is staying motivated! Can you stay active today? Try yoga or a long walk. If you need some extra encouragement, try the post-it note method.

DAY 4: Recovery
Just like you need sleep after a long busy day, your body needs rest after consistent physical activity. Today, find time to stretch: focus on relieving tension and improving flexibility. And don’t forget to drink water! Hydration is an important aspect of recovery.

DAY 5: Break a sweat
Whether it’s 15 or 45 minutes, find time to get moving today! You can try out another 15 minute at-home workout from DAY 2. Or, if you're looking for something new, check out this selection of bodyweight workouts from SELF.

DAY 6: Strengthen within
If you’re living an active lifestyle, it’s important to adjust your diet accordingly. Today, try out one of our healthy recipes from Brenda Gregory, to compliment our formula of Greens and strengthen your body from within!

DAY 7: Reflection
