How to Reactivate Your Subscription: Immediate Renewal, or Choose Your Renewal Date
How Do I Reactivate my Subscription?
AND PLACE MY NEXT ORDER TODAY
- Login to your account on Reset Logic’s website: https://resetlogic.com/account
- Once you are logged in, click “manage subscriptions”
- You will see the following note: “There are no upcoming orders to display.”
- Click “add a product”
- Select “Reset Immunity Box”
- On the next page, you will see “Reset Immunity box” followed by subscription preferences.
- Set your desired quantity and shipping address. Frequency is automatically set.
- Next, you can select your upcoming shipment date.
- To place your next order today, leave the date set to today’s date.
- After submitting, you will see a confirmation pop up in the top right corner of your screen
- You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been reactivated. Please note that your order will not process until approximately Midnight EST, as which time you will also receive an order confirmation email.

How Do I Reactivate my Subscription?
AND SKIP ONE MONTH, OR SET ANY CUSTOM RENEWAL DATE
- Login to your account on Reset Logic’s website: https://resetlogic.com/account
- Once you are logged in, click “manage subscriptions”
- You will see the following note: “There are no upcoming orders to display.”
- Click “add a product”
- Select “Reset Immunity Box”
- On the next page, you will see “Reset Immunity box” followed by subscription preferences.
- Set your desired quantity and shipping address. Frequency is automatically set.
- Next, you can select your upcoming shipment date.
- If you would like to order your next box immediately, leave the date set to today’s date.
- If you would like to delay your upcoming renewal date, select the future date on which you would like your next order to be placed. For example, to skip one month, select one month past today’s date.
- After submitting, you will see a confirmation pop up in the top right corner of your screen
- You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been reactivated. Please note that you will not receive an order confirmation email until your renewal date. You can confirm your upcoming renewal date in your account settings.
