Meet the Recipes for your Reset

We already have supplements and a lifestyle program… Why do we need a nutrition guide?

The reality of the American diet is shocking. Almost half of all adults have one or more chronic diseases related to poor dietary habits [1]. On one the hand, modern agricultural practices have left fruits and vegetables nearly devoid of immune nutrients [2]–[4]. On the other hand, our hectic lives leave only time for convenience food--a microwave meal requires far less time and energy than its healthier alternatives.

Stuck in-between, most Americans simply end up throwing in the towel.

Taking care of one’s health just feels overwhelming. It’s one of the reasons we started Reset Logic. We wanted an effective yet simpler program for meeting our body’s health needs. But we didn’t stop there--we also designed a nutrition program to compliment your Reset. Each week, well identify recipes and nutrient-dense foods that are convenient and good for you too!

We’ve done the hard work for you--the research, the recipe hunting... All you have to do is keep reading.
